Direct entry (indicate grades)

For those who gained UNIBEN admission via direct entry, do well to fill in your grades here.

Subjects credited at WASC ‘O’ Level

Indicate the number of subjects you got at least a C6 in the SSCE certificate(s) used for clearance be it WAEC, NECO, GCE etc. Under this section, you’ll fill in the subjects offered and the grades.

(b) Advised to withdraw from faculty/school

Tick in the appropriate reason for your transfer. Option A is for those who chose to transfer. Option B is for those who had a poor result and was advised to leave the faculty.

You’ll be provided with options to tick either yes or no. Don’t make the mistake of filling yes. Else, the transfer will end in tears. Remember you are not allowed to transfer twice in UNIBEN.
