Hazelnut Chocolate Cake Baking Recipes

Ingredients
6 oz. dark chocolate chips
½ cup butter
6 eggs, separated
1 cup Nutella
1 cup ground hazelnuts
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine the chocolate chips and butter in a heatproof bowl and place over a hot water bath.
- Melt them together until smooth then remove from heat and fold in the egg yolks, followed by the Nutella and ground hazelnuts.
- Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff then fold them in the batter using a spatula.
- Pour the batter in a 9-inch round cake pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
