Ingredients (Banana Peanut Butter Cake)
½ cup smooth peanut butter
4 tablespoons butter, softened
2/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup whole milk
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
Directions (Banana Peanut Butter Cake)
- Mix the butter with sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in the eggs one by one, then stir in the vanilla and bananas, as well as milk.
- Fold in the flour, baking soda and salt and mix well.
- Spoon the batter in a 9pinch round cake pan lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and well risen.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
