½ cup butter, melted
1 cup of sugar
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions (Buttermilk Chocolate Cake)
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in a different bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ones and give it a quick mix.
- Pour the batter in a 9-inch cake pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow cooling in the pan before slicing and serving.
