1 cup butter, softened
½ cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 cup grated zucchinis
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup dark chocolate chips

- Mix the butter, brown sugar and white sugar in a bowl until creamy and stiff.
- Stir in the eggs, one by one, then add the zucchinis.
- Fold in the rest of the ingredients then pour the batter in a round cake pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan then slice and serve.
