2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
¼ cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 pears, peeled, cored and diced
¼ cup golden raisins
¼ cup dried cranberries

- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
- In a different bowl, combine the butter with the sugars and mix well. Stir in the eggs, one by one and mix well.
- Fold in the flour mixture then add the pears, raisins and cranberries.
- Spoon the batter in a Bundt cake pan greased with butter and bake the cake in the preheated oven at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and it passes the toothpick test.
- Allow the cake to cool down before slicing and serving.
