15 graham crackers
2 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed
Ā½ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

- Mix the mangos, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and place over low heat. Cook for 10 minutes until softened. Allow cooling completely.
- To finish the cake, take a loaf pan and line it with plastic wrap.
- Mix the cream and sweetened condensed milk.
- Layer the crackers with the mango mixture and cream in the prepared pan.
- Wrap well and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Serve the cake chilled.
