4 peaches, sliced
½ cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup whole milk

- Arrange the peaches at the bottom of a 9-inch round cake pan lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and top with a few pieces of butter.
- For the batter, mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and give it a quick mix.
- Spoon the batter over the peaches and bake in the preheated oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
- When done, turn the cake upside down on a platter.
